Email us if your order arrived damaged or misprinted (please attach a photo and your order number), if you have a question about a design or size, or if you want to suggest a new design. Our print partner fulfills orders, so for tracking updates, check the shipping confirmation email first. If something looks wrong, reply to us and we'll follow up with the partner for you. Please don't send card details or other payment information by email. Checkout is handled by our store platform and its payment processor, and we never see your full card number.
